Finance - California Mental Health Services Authority

CalMHSA’s bylaws grants the Board of Directors the authority to adopt an annual budget, with oversight and direction provided by the standing Finance Committee. The Finance Committee reviews the quarterly financial statements and the monthly treasurer’s reports, and monitors CalMHSA’s investments per the investment policy. The Finance Committee also monitors the regulatory financial requirements, reviews and approves the insurance policies and banking arrangements, and provides oversight for CalMHSA’s annual audit.
